bio
Led by Jonathan Morali, Syd Matters has been shaping an atmospheric indie folk-pop sound since the early 2000s, blending melancholic melodies, acoustic instruments and electronic textures. Following their debut *A Whisper and a Sigh*, the band gained recognition with albums including *Someday We Will Foresee Obstacles*, *Ghost Days* and *Brotherocean*. Tracks such as “To All of You” and “Obstacles” helped build their international following, further amplified by their presence in *Life is Strange*. After several quieter years, Syd Matters returns in 2026 with a new album and a tour across France and Europe.
